Nate Burleson has emerged as a leader on the Detroit Lions over the past few seasons, and with Titus Young getting cut, he is going to have to play well next season.  The Lions have had to make plenty of cuts this season to free up cap room, specifically starters Kyle Vanden Bosch and Stephen Peterman, and they have needed players to restructure their contracts.  If they can get Matthew Stafford to restructure his contract and get rid of the $20.8 Million cap hit, the Lions could make a play in free agency.
