Lance Armstrong Teaches How To Change A Bike Flat Tire In New Video

As part of a how-to edition of a future Outside Magazine, Lance Armstrong shot a video of him being a bike mechanic and explaining how to change a bike tire.  Good stuff to know!

Interestingly enough, the two worked together even though, as FTW notes, Armstrong called an Outside 2010 cover of photo of him, “bull sh*t”.
