8. Ladarius Green, TE, San Diego Chargers
Ladarius Green sort of burst onto the scene last year and is poised for an even bigger impact this year. He averaged 22.1 yards per catch, which is a massive number. Outside of Keenan Allen, the Chargers don’t have any big time receivers and if Antonio Gates goes down, that will make that number even fewer. Green’s athleticism has him poised to be the next big thing at tight end.
7. Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee Titans
Justin Hunter started to emerge at the end of last year as a very nice deep threat for the Titans and he finished with an average of 19.7 yards per catch. Hunter and Nate Washington will stretch the field while Kendall Wright plays his possession role. As a second-year player, Hunter will be far more comfortable and new head coach Ken Whisenhunt’s passing offense will do wonders for him.
