The NFL has an interesting way when deciding to levy their fines. Rex Ryan was fined $100,000 for yelling “f*ck you” and while it was his third offense, it pales in comparison to this. Titans TE Chase Coffman hit a Ravens assistant coach last week and was fined $30,000 and it probably wasn’t enough. You can see the full video here.
