While the Raiders seem all but set to hire Josh McDaniels to be their next coach, the Minnesota Vikings, who recently hired Kwesi Adofo-Mensah as their new general manager, are apparently one to watch. Sam Webb mentions that Adofo-Mensah was with the 49ers the last two years Harbaugh was:
