After Brian Hoyer continued his struggles Sunday in a heart-breaking loss to the Colts, Browns coach Mike Pettine has finally announced that first-round pick Johnny Manziel will take over the starting quarterback position. The 7-6 Browns turn to Manziel in a must-win game against the 8-4-1 Bengals.
