I don’t want to jump to conclusions here, but there’s only one reason you roll a $20 bill. There’s no evidence that Johnny Manziel actually did cocaine, but it seems highly likely based on this photo that was taken on Thursday night in Austin, Texas. Looks like Johnny needs to be more self aware.
