When asked about sitting down with Robert Griffin III by SportsCenter’s Lindsay Czarniak, new Washington Redskins coach Jay Gruden gave this hilarious facial expression.

“Jay, how much communication have you had with RG3?” was the first question.

“None yet. I’ve been talking with you guys for the last 3-4 hours,” he answered.

“When do you expect to first be able to sit down with him?” she asked.

“I don’t know. I don’t know, I just got here,” Gruden said. “I have to find a great staff, and that’s my first order of business.”
