Harbaugh Grabs Another Staff Member To Join Chargers Staff

After stepping in for Chris Partridge was let go during the Conner Stallions investigations, Rick Minter, the father of DC Jesse Minter, stepped in as the LB coach.  Minter, who has a long history of coaching on the defensive side of the ball, will be joining the LA Chargers as a senior analyst.

Former Michigan analyst and interim linebackers coach Rick Minter is joining the Los Angeles Chargers staff as a senior analyst. His son, Jesse Minter, was recently named the team’s defensive coordinator.
