GIF: Panthers WR Steve Smith’s TD Celebration “It’s all in the Hips”

Carolina Panthers WR Steve Smith hasn’t had much to celebrate this year.  The Panthers and QB Cam Newton have seriously regressed this year, but they finally were able to pick up their second win of the year and Smith was able to score his first touchdown this year.  Perhaps this will signal a turn-around for the Panthers, so that they can try to salvage their season.
