Fan falls over railing from upper deck at Bills-Jets game

During the second quarter of the Buffalo Bills-New York Jets game, a fan was seen sliding down a railing in the 300 level and the flipping over the back and falling to the 200 level.  According to the AP, the man who fell sustained a shoulder injury while the man he fell on had a head injury.

Earlier in the year, Kevin Hayes, a 49ers fan, was killed after he fell over an overpass at Candlestick Park.
