Colin Kaepernick Threw One-Footed Pass To Frank Gore, Gore Takes It 55 Yards For TD

49ers QB Colin Kaepernick made a very impressive throw in the first half on this touchdown. Kaepernick rolled out and realized Frank Gore had been lost by the defense and he launched this one-footed pass across his body that Gore was able to take 55 yards to the end zone. Really nice play by both Kaepernick and Gore to get to the end zone.
