Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce did a wanking motion while a penalty was announced by the head referee on Sunday night, but it was clear that it wasn’t for the referee since the penalty was on Von Miller. Kelce hopped on twitter to clarify, but has since deleted the tweet.
