Bernard Pollard has been a Patriots killer: Pollard injured Tom Brady during the 2008 season when he played with the Chiefs, Wes Welker in 2009 with the Texans, and the Rob Gronkowski in in last year’s AFC Championship. Pollard struck again, this time it was Patriots running back, Stevan Ridley.
Ridley fumbled on the play and the Ravens recovered. Ridley was ruled out for the game with a ‘head’ injury. Appears the Ravens are going to the Super Bowl to face the 49ers where Pollard will be sure to due some more damage.
