After re-signing starters Jimmy Butler and Mike Dunleavy on the first day of free-agency, the Chicago Bulls now must shift their attention to signing a backup point guard. While Patrick Beverley has been one name the Bulls might be targeting, with the Bulls having little cap space left and the Rockets ability to match any offer for Beverley, a match seems unlikely. Another backup guard option is Jeremy Lin, who averaged over 11 ppg. and 4 apg. last season for the Lakers.
Chicago could look to bring back Aaron Brooks, as well.
