Chicago Bulls’ Jimmy Butler doesn’t need surgery and will only be out 3-6 weeks for the Chicago Bulls. The All Star guard suffered and elbow injury during Sunday’s game against the Clippers and said he’s in ‘good spirits’ while speaking with the media on Tuesday.
