The initial Golden State offering to the Timberwolves for Kevin Love wasn’t enough; reports are that the two teams went back to the drawing board and are supposedly getting a third-team into the deal, the Lakers.

We’ll see if the deal goes down, but my initial thought is that all three teams would be better off going through with a Kevin Love-to Golden State, Klay Thompson-to the Lakers, and the 7th pick-Harrison Barnes/David Lee going to the Timberwolves.
