LeBron James and Team USA basketball have been making headlines for their highlight dunks, blowout games, and instagram photos.
LeBron, who proposed to his high school sweetheart back in January, asked 21-year-old Lauren Purdue, an interesting question when USA’s basketball and swimming teams were hanging out.
According to the Charlotte Observer, just before the Olympic games began, LeBron James asked Lauren Perdue out to dinner.
“He was kind of joking but he was basically like, ‘Would you like to come eat with me at the dining hall?’ And I said, ‘Um, I’m sorry, I have a curfew. So I turned that one down, yeah.”
I wonder when the swim team curfew is? Perdue tweeted this picture of her and LeBron hanging around the Olympic Village.
Perdue and the 4×200 women’s freestyle relay have a chance to medal on Wednesday and with her good handle on priorities, we can expect a lot from her.
I wonder how many times LeBron has been denied a dinner date in his life? Apparently, Lebron’s new winning streak doesn’t always extend to his dinner invitations.
