The Cleveland Cavaliers take on the San Antonio Spurs tonight in a much anticipated game at Quicken Loans Arena. Hulk Hogan will take over the Quicken Loans Arena Twitter account for the second half of the game (follow along here), and be a part of the pre-game festivities.
