Butler is ranked an 87 (he was an 80 at start of season) while Rose is an 86 (88 at beginning of year).
Butler is averaging 21.7 ppg, 3.2 apg, and 6.3 rpg. Rose 17.2 ppg, 5 apg and 3 rpg.
