Jalen Rose Believes Wes Matthews Will Sign With The Bulls

While LaMarcus Aldridge has already been linked with the Chicago Bulls, could Chicago be targeting another Portland Trailblazer this offseason?

According to Jalen Rose, Wes Matthews, who will be an unrestricted free-agent this season after signing a five-year, $32.5 million contract back in 2010, will sign with the Bulls.  Mathews averaged 16 points per game last season before tearing his achilles near the end of the year.
