Dion Waiters had a costly turnover in overtime of Thursday’s OKC-Phoenix game. With less than a minute to go, Waiters looking to get the ball to D.J. Augustin, tossed the ball into the first-row.

As bad as Waiters’ turnover was, Russell Westbrook still had a chance to tie the game but he missed the layup (after spraining his ankle)
