Some Cleveland Cavaliers fans are already getting restless over Kevin Love. Love, who was traded to the Cavs for No. 1 pick Andrew Wigginst this past offseason, has helped Cleveland to a 17-and-11 record so far this year. Nonetheless, Love, a 17 ppg and 10 rpg player, has one Cavs fan asking for him to be traded through a petition on Change.org
Below is what is attached to the petition, which has 188 supporters of the needed 200.
Kevin Love is a liability to the city of Cleveland and our team. He robbed us of Andrew Wiggins’ talents (which could have helped this team tremendously) and continues to play horribly for the team, leading us to numerous losses. It would be for the best to cut all ties to Mr. Love immediately, as he has obviously not helped our cause for a NBA title. Love is an embarrasment to our city and our team. We would be much better off trading him for numerous pieces, some of who could be instrumental to this city’s cause for a NBA title. In short, trade Kevin Love IMMEDIATELY.
Considering how well Love fits on the Cavs, this message, directed at Dan Gilbert and the Cleveland Cavaliers organization, seems shortsided.
