Marlins Pitcher Dan Jennings Carted Off Field Following Vicious Liner To Head

This was a pretty scary moment during the Miami Marlins-Pittsburgh Pirates game. Jordy Mercer ripped a comebacker to the mound and Dan Jennings took it right off the head and had to be taken off the field on a stretcher. He didn’t lose consciousness, but he definitely has a concussion based on how he reacted after getting hit. More pitchers need to wear the padded hats.
