Drew Smyly Asks David Price If He Can Leave Shoes For Him After Two Are Traded For Each Other

In what was likely the biggest trade of yesterday’s eventful MLB trade deadline, the Tampa Bay Rays traded their ace, David Price, to the Detroit Tigers for Drew Smyly in a three-team deal with the Seattle Mariners. After the trade was announced, the two starting pitchers exchanged tweets, with Smyly asking Price if he can leave some of his Jordan’s in his locker.
