Carlos Gomez Starts Another Bench-Clearing Brawl vs. Pirates

Carlos Gomez hit a triple on Sunday afternoon and then watched his hit like it was a home run, flipping his bat. Pirates pitcher Gerritt Cole took exception to this, following him around the bases until Gomez slid into third base safe. The benches then cleared and punches were thrown, including Milwaukee’s Martin Maldonado sticking Pittsburgh’s Travis Snider right in the face.
