Kwity Paye was drafted in the 1st round by the Indianapolis Colts. 247sports put together a list of players who could replace the former Wolverine DE in Ann Arbor:
There isn’t really a traditional replacement for Paye in Ann Arbor, because the Wolverines are switching from a 4-3 to a 3-4 scheme. But in terms of a marquee pass rusher off the edge, the role is likely to belong with someone like David Ojabo. A former teammate of Penn State’s Odafe Oweh, Ojabo has the sort of physical traits and pass-rushing skills Michigan needs to complement Aidan Hutcinson – a potential first-rounder in 2022 – off the EDGE. Expect second-year lineman Jaylen Harrell to also be in the mix here. Someone like true freshman Junior Colson could force his way into the mix as well.
