UM Fan Has Hilarious Tweet After UM Announces Changed Attendance Policy

The Michigan Athletic Department announced that if a season takes place in 2020, the stadium capacity will be reduced or will be held without fans. Michigan fan Scott Bell did his best to troll the Spartans with the news, by photoshopping an ‘M’ and ‘Michigan’ endzone in an almost empty Spartans stadium.
