Pro Football Focus released their CFB All-American defensive team after eight weeks of action. Michigan’s Maurice Hurst, who is the highest rated player, and Lavert Hill, made the cut.

Lavert Hill, who has two interceptions on the season, is listed as a safety but really plays cornerback.
