Two of Michigan’s 2018 commits were some of the biggest movers in Rivals’ final class rankings:
Aidan Hutchinson, who was arguably the most dominant defensive player at the US Army All-American Game, moved from being unranked to No. 129:
“The progression we have seen in two years from Hutchinson has been remarkable. The Michigan Wolverines legacy was getting dominated by kids who would never sniff a Division I offer when he was a sophomore, but he capped his prep career by dominating the most talented postseason all-star game.” – Helmholdt
Cam McGrone, while tabbed a five-star to 247sports, is now ranked No. 195 overall up 43 spots:
“It had been some time since we got a really good evaluation update on McGrone, but the Army Bowl gave us a full week to see his development and his development has been strong. The future Michigan Wolverine is a fast and athletic linebacker who is very comfortable playing in space.” – Helmholdt
