Top In-State Recruit, Leaning Towards Sparty, Having Second Thoughts?

After Dillon Tatum, a four-star safety out of West Bloomfield, started trending towards Michigan State, the top in-state recruit posted the following:

I am not committed to any school I am still going through the recruiting process. A decision will be made on my time and it will be my decision.
