Tony Petitti, the Big Ten Commissioner, who suspended Jim Harbaugh for three-games over the Conner Stalions investigation due to pressure from B1G coaches and ADs, has yet to congratulate the National Champion Wolverines. Petitti, was spotted in line in the Houston airport surrounded by Michigan fans:
