With the most recent College Football Playoff having Michigan behind one-loss Clemson and Washington, Skip Bayless thinks the Wolverines are better than both those teams:

Both Clemson (against Virginia Tech) and Washington (against Colorado) would lock up a playoff spot by winning their respective Championship games. However, if either (or both) teams fall, Michigan could be looking at a College Football Playoff berth.
