Rutgers To Be Without Key Starter For Michigan Game

With Rutgers and Michigan set to square off this afternoon in Ann Arbor, the Scarlett Knights will be without a starting CB and a backup DB after an incident with the police. Max Melton, a starting CB with two INTs this year, will be out. He is the younger brother of star WR Bo Melton:
