With it being a wait and see for Jim Harbaugh and several NFL jobs (he set to do a second interview with the Falcons and Chargers), Michigan won’t be unprepared for a potential next step. As Rivals’ Josh Henschke reports, the Wolverines are working to sign OC Sherrone Moore, who would be Harbaugh’s successor if he decides for the NFL, to a significant pay raise. At the same time, DC Jesse Minter, who is being coveted for by the Jags as their DC and could follow Harbaugh to the NFL, Michigan is looking to lock him up long term:
Michigan has been working hard to reward Sherrone Moore and Jesse Minter with new deals and significant pay raises.
A lot of what happens next is contingent on what Jim Harbaugh does. With Moore taking over the program if he departs.

We’ll have to wait and see how it all unfolds but either way we will likely know something in the next week about a decision/announcement for Harbaugh.
