MGoBlog’s Brian Cook reported that he had sources that told him that Wilton Speight broke his collarbone and will miss the remainder of the season. Those reports, however, looked to have jumped the gun a bit. Not only did Jim Harbaugh mention Monday evening that the reports were ‘incorrect’ about the severity of Speight’s injury, several media members are also hinting that it’s a shoulder injury but not a broken collarbone for the Wolverines starting QB:
Harbaugh hasn't heard Speight is done for the season, with good reason … some self-appointed docs may have jumped the gun.

Definitely a "shoulder-related' injury to #Michigan QB Wilton Speight. AGAIN, not a broken collarbone @mgoblog #mmmmhmmmmmmm

Don’t expect to see Speight this Saturday against Indiana but could No. 3 be back for The Game?
