Casey Hughes, a grad-transfer DB out of Utah, officially signed with Michigan as a grad-transfer:

Hughes, who started 11 games last year for the Utes, finished last year with 35 tackles and one sack.

The Wolverines return their entire starting secondary from last year in Tyree Kinnel, Josh Metellus, David Long and Lavert Hill.
