With Tony Alford now in Ann Arbor, Ohio State is looking for a RB coach. DeMarco Murray, Oklahoma’s RB coach, was rumored to be the front-runner but he won’t be taking the job and got an extension (and also turned won more money with the Buckeyes):

Oklahoma has offered running backs coach DeMarco Murray a new three-year contract, @On3sports has learned.
His name had been tied to the Ohio State opening in recent days. He is staying in Norman.

Alabama RB coach Robert Gillespie was rumored to be a candidate but he just signed an extension.
Ohio State has two of the best tailbacks in America in TreVeyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins.
