Clark Phillips, a four-star CB out of California, has been committed to Ohio State for some time. Phillips, who will announce on Thursday between the Buckeyes and Utah, has seen several predictions for the Utes ahead of the announcement.

Phillips is ranked as the No. 4 CB in the 2020 class. OSU has the No. 3 class in the country.
