Offensive Pass Interference Penalty Negates Notre Dame’s Potential Game-Winning TD

Notre Dame drew up a fantastic play call that resulted in what appeared to be a game-winning touchdown but an offensive pass interference penalty negated the touchdown. It was pretty blatant and the right call, so give the referees credit for having the stones to call it. The worst part is that it was a wholly unnecessary penalty to take.
