Brandon Finney, a cornerback out of Owings Mills, Maryland, recently was tabbed a five-star by 247sports. A current Oregon pledge, who is drawing major interest from Penn State and Michigan, is now 247sports’ No. 29 recruit and No. 5 CB in the 2025 class:

It is noted that Finney is set to visit Ann Arbor again for an official visit, but On3 thinks PSU might have the best chance to flip the Maryland native:
