No. 2 Recruit In Michigan For 2019 Announces Commitment

Julian Barnett, a WR out of Bellville, Michigan, announced his commitment to Michigan State:

Barnett, the No. 60 recruit and No. 2 player in Michigan for 2019, picked the Spartans over Notre Dame, Ohio State and others.

Michigan was never involved in the recruitment of the 6-foot-1, 185-pounder.  Barnett is a teammate at Belleville High School with five-star OT Devontae Dobbs.
