The Rutgers Scarlet Knights and the New Mexico Lobos unveiled these patriotic helmets for their games this coming weekend. Boston College and Texas Tech have worn something similar to this during the year, and as an American you have to love this trend. It’s far better than a lot of the Pro Combat or ridiculous uniforms that I’ve seen and it’s always great when the University decides to have their football team honor the military and the country. I can’t wait to see what the rest of the uniforms will look like.
