Top TE Naseir Upshur Shares Reason For Not Attending Michigan’s BBQ

It was originally believed that four-star Naseir Upshur, Michigan’s top tight end target, would be in Ann Arbor for this weekend’s BBQ in the Big House.  That isn’t the case and the Philadelphia native will actually take a visit to Florida State next week.

Upshur clarified that he wasn’t ever planning on attending the event but said that he will be taking an official visit to Michigan at a later date.

Florida State, which recently lost five-star TE Isaac Nauta, should be the Wolverines’ top competition now for Upshur.
