Rutgers Loses Top Playmaker To Transfer Portal

Rutgers RB Raheem Blackshear, the Scarlet Knight’s top playmaker the last couple of years (he redshirt after playing a couple games to start year), will be transferring:

#Rutgers running back Raheem Blackshear, who opened the season as the starter and in October elected to redshirt and preserve a season of eligibility has entered the transfer portal. He began the season as a team captain and earned honorable mention All-Big Ten honors in 2018.
