Hugh Freeze, who originally said he doesn’t support camps because he wants to spend more time with his family, told SportsIllustrated that he already regrets that comment. The Ole Miss coach talked about his stance on camps during an interview on Mike & Mike this morning. Here were some quotes via MLive’s Nick Baumgardner:
Hugh Freeze says he's against sat camps because he values relationships with other coaches, doesn't want to camp "in their back yard"

Freeze then says he should've phrased his vacation comment better, but adds "I will never apologize for being a father."

Freeze adds that "these coaches are really only coming down for one or two kids." …. And?

Jim Harbaugh, who basically called Freeze ‘lazy’ for not wanting the camps, replied with the following:
Freeze on Harbaugh's comments: "If you're asking me if I want to add more nights away from my wife and kids, I do not."

Freeze on Harbaugh: "We're probably not a kindred spirit in terms of making comments about other coaches in public forums like he has done."
— Nick Baumgardner (@nickbaumgardner) April 13, 2016
Freeze also praised Harbaugh for being creative and outside the box.

Freeze: "I can't see how in the world it's good if I'm going to setup camp in Kevin Sumlin's back yard and vice versa."

Freeze has said multiple times this entire thing is "skewed based on your region or your location"
