Even though the Michigan staff really likes four-star TE Naseir Upshur, it sounds like the Wolverines will have a shot with the nation’s best tight end prospect for the 2016 class. Isaac Nauta, a current Florida State commit, will take a visit to Ann Arbor sometime this fall, Josh Newkirk of Scout.com is reporting ($).

According to Scout.com, there are some connections between Nauta and Michigan – he has family that lives in Grand Rapids, and his uncle played at Western Michigan back in the day when Greg Mattison and Jack Harbaugh were coaching there.
