Michigan Now Looking To Redshirt Freshman WR Brian Cole?

WR Brian Cole hasn’t seen the field for the Wolverines since week 3 against UNLV. Cole, a former four-star WR, apparently is dealing with some injury, according to Jim Harbaugh.

Harbaugh says he expects Drake Johnson will be ready to go. Brian Cole is still "some time away" from being ready.

While Harbaugh doesn’t flat out and say it, expect the Saginaw, Michigan native to sit out the remaining games and receive a medical redshirt this season so that he can have four years left of eligibility.

Asked if a redshirt is possible for Brian Cole: "We don't really talk about that."
