Michigan Freshman Posts To Social Media That He Had Surgery

According to Twitter user Adam Ghabour, freshman DE Luiji Vilain posted on Snapchat that he had surgery on his leg recently:

Via Snapchat, True Freshman DE Luiji Vilain had surgery on some part of right leg. Seems like within last couple days, but unclear.

Vilain, who was expected to contribute for the Wolverines on the defensive line, will likely see a redshirt this year. Michigan also lost freshman DL Donovan Jeter to a season ending injury.

Freshman Kwity Paye registered his first sack of the year last week against Rutgers.
