It had been rumored that the Michigan Wolverines were going to be hosting a lot of football camps all over the US to generate interest and to scout prospects and now that plan is formally laid out. They are going to work nine camps between June 4th and 12th and some are going to be in prime recruiting areas.

From the Free Press:
Calling it the “Summer Swarm,” Harbaugh and his staff will work at nine football camps June 4-12, starting in Indianapolis and running through Alabama, Florida, Pennsylvania, Texas, California and concluding at the Sound Mind Sound Body event in Detroit.
“We are excited to go across the country and teach youth football in these communities,” Harbaugh said in a released statement. “This is a great way for us to continue to be ambassadors for the great game of football.”
A loophole in the NCAA rulebook does not have a restriction on where schools can hold a camp but some conferences, such as the SEC, have their own rules, limiting camps within 50 miles of the school.
